In July 2008 Hampton Stone after trading for over 60 years went into liquidation. However, jobs and skills were not all lost, in August 2008 a new company emerged, Hampton Cast Stone, based in Woodchester. The new company owner Sarah Martin took on five of the very best cast stone masons.

We now have a thriving business that uses many skills to produce the best quality specialist precast stone, all made by hand. The company has a large standard range of products such as: Copings; Cills; Lintols; Quoins; Corbels and Traditional windows.

We also have a large portfolio of fireplaces to suit all types of homes, garden furniture and ornaments from bench’s to bird baths and any grand terrace cannot be without balustrade or columns to make the garden interesting. We also have a memorial range that includes nameplates grave landers and memorial kerbs.

But the most important thing that Hampton Cast Stone creates is precast stone for specialist jobs, all they need is a drawing or sketch and measurements, and for anybody they can create a work of art, ranging from specialist church windows to park copings or the railing plinths in all the famous London parks. All of our stone complies with British Standard BS1217 and also meets UKCSA specifications.

We employ an in house carpenter who creates custom made moulds to your design, our craftsmen then make the precast stone by hand. The colour is a perfect match every time, and the stone is expertly finished to provide the clean crisp edges that our clients have come to rely on.

The schedule for delivery is quick and effective, normally twenty-one days after order; this allows our stone to cure so we supply a perfect piece of cast stone. Of course our more regular pieces can be cast more quickly by our small works unit, some units may even be held in stock.
